Salon Etiquette
To help ensure your beauty break at The Cottage is relaxing and pleasurable, please be mindful of the following salon guidelines:
BOOKING:
As appointments fill up quickly, please book in advance.
PUNCTUALITY:
If you have booked a package, please arrive 10 minutes early to prevent unnecessary delays to future clients.
CANCELLATION:
The Cottage requires 24-hour notice of any treatment cancellations; otherwise a full charge is incurred.
Gift Voucher bookings require 48-hour notice of cancellation, or full value of voucher is void.
PAYMENT: It is preferred for treatments and packages to be paid in advance, on booking.
It is now an offence to operate a laser system without an RQIA licence. This ensures that The Cottage salon is RQIA Approved and treatments are carried out to the highest of standards according to health and social care authorities mainly to protect the patient and exceed health and safety regulations.
